I’m a fashion writer, stylist and founder of The Happy Closet – a lifestyle decluttering service which balances well-being with being well-dressed. My editorial and styling work appears in The Irish Examiner, The Sunday Times Style, The Irish Times, Irish Tatler, The Gloss, Image and Image.ie. I’m also editor of the Louis Vuitton City Guide to Dublin 2012.
Over the past years I have reported from the catwalks of London and Paris interviewing fashion figures such as Victoria Beckham, Vivienne Westwood, Matthew Williamson, Manolo Blahnik, Ab Fab’s Jennifer Saunders, supermodel Tyson Beckford and singer-turned-designer Robbie Williams. 2010 saw my international runway styling debut for award-winning Irish designer Joanne Hynes at the Irish Tatler Designer Showcase in Shanghai and again for the designer in 2011 at London Fashion Week. Closer to home, I style regular shows for luxury department stores Harvey Nichols, Brown Thomas and BT2. I styled The Voice of Ireland coaches in 2014 and animated character Katie Rogers for Des Taylor’s graphic novel series.
On air I’m a regular contributor to The Dave Fanning Show, The Ryan Tubridy Show; TV3′s Xposé and RTE’s Today show and was resident stylist on The Afternoon Show for two years.
I’ve been featured in Image as one Ireland’s Hot Shots (February 2009) and one of Ireland’s 100 Most Inspiring Women (February 2011); on RTE.ie as one of Ireland’s Top 20 Style Stars (May 2012) and in Irish Tatler Business on Ireland’s Power List: 1,000 Women of Influence (January 2013 and July 2014).
