Give that plot line room to breathe. Brown those cakes for another two minutes. ✍️Buff, polish, shine - repeat. They don't call it 'the big reveal' for nothing, am I right?  Not necessarily. ✍️The act of creation is a process, not just a product. It's pure magic unfolding in real time. Well, some of the time. ✍️Mostly creation is messy, and challenging and makes us question our 'why'. That's when we know it’s working. ✍️Mistakes give us direction; advice keeps us humble; sharing the process encourages us to find value in the loose ends and the half-baked. ✍️With that, I've pressed 'publish' on my Substack, WANTED: A Responsible Adult. I started my first blog (I Blog Fashion) in 2008 without giving it a second thought. I plan on doing the same again. ✍️No overplanning. No overthinking.
